  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • The actual delivery timeline may vary based on your location, local courier services, and unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on the delivery location and order size.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free shipping on select orders during promotions (subject to terms & conditions).

Delivery Partners

  • We use trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
  • Customers will be notified via email or SMS when their order is shipped.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Only

  • Felix Cookware does not accept any electronic payment methods.
  • We only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), meaning payment is made in cash at the time of delivery.
  • Please ensure you have the exact amount ready as delivery personnel may not carry change.

Delivery Locations

  • If your location is not serviceable, you will be notified before the order is processed.

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an order tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier partner’s website.

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will attempt two deliveries before marking an order as undeliverable.
  • If an order remains undelivered due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, it will be canceled automatically.
