Return Eligibility

You can request a return only under the following conditions:

✔ The wrong product was delivered (incorrect size, color, or item).
✔ The product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

🚫 Returns will NOT be accepted for:
✖ Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
✖ Products with missing packaging, accessories, or tags.
✖ Returns requested beyond 7 days from the delivery date.

  2. Approval & Pickup:
    • Our customer support team will review your request and approve eligible returns.
    • A pickup will be arranged at your convenience.
  3. Return Conditions:
    • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.
    • Our delivery personnel will inspect the product at pickup to confirm eligibility.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only in the form of cash upon a successful return.
  • We do not offer electronic refunds (such as bank transfers, credit card refunds, or digital wallets).
  • Refunds will be provided at the time of product pickup or within 3-5 business days of return approval.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund Process:

  1. Once the return is approved, our delivery partner will collect the product.
  2. After a quality check, the refund will be issued in cash at the time of pickup or within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer product exchanges at this time.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you can return it and place a new order separately.
